We buy land

Creston Group constantly looks for land holdings in central locations. We pay at or above the market price, and provide the flexibility around settlement terms which you don’t often get when selling on the open market. We can also consider joint ventures with land owners who have the land in the right location but don’t have the expertise or funding to complete the development process.   • Wastewater and stormwater within the site boundaries or in close proximity
